Nicki Lynn grew up on the East Coast where she completed both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Business. She then relocated to sunny Arizona where she has happily resided since 1994.

 

She has built her career around technology and business, working for banks, financial planning firms, universities, government sectors, private corporations, non-profits and her own consulting firms. In addition, she has been teaching in the areas of business and computer information systems at the collegiate level since 1994. Currently, she is residential faculty with Chandler-Gilbert Community College’s Business and Information Systems Division teaching Business, Communications, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Technology and Social Media courses.

Nicki married in 2000 and had 2 beautiful children, Sydney and Jackson. In 2015, she and her husband separated. They, like so many families, followed the financially detrimental and harmful litigation process that led to numerous expensive, stressful and drawn out court interventions. Her $450 an hour, high-rise attorney that charged $75 to open a file advised “No one wins in court”. She quickly learned that the only winners in a contested, litigated divorce are the attorneys.

Through that experience, Nicki found a passion for legal studies. She began a collegiate Paralegal Studies Program approved by the American Bar Association (ABA) and has 15 collegiate credits in Legal Studies. She has partnered with numerous licensed attorneys on litigation, mediation and legal document preparation.

In addition, as an MBA and educator, Nicki Lynn provides legal business services such as will and estate planning, resume and LinkedIn support, power of attorney, LLC creations, branding and social media marketing consultations. Many of her clients desire a fresh start after divorce and these business services help them to move forward and pursue their dreams. For 20+ years, she has supported numerous first career and career re-entry consultations as well as services for clients to start their own business. Nicki is highly motivated to help others to reach their highest potential.
